Market Commentary

Credit markets showed a slight improvement as a result of weaker economic news and lower stock prices. Stock Indexes turned lower after the S&P/Case Shiller Home Index reported a 10.7% drop in previous months numbers as well as an extremely weak Consumer Confidence reporting at 64.50 compared to expectations of 73.5. Credit markets appeared to be reacting to the morning economic data prompting a small short term improvement after yesterdays upsurge in rates. Lock Triggers: 10-yr. Note Conservative 3.51%, Aggressive 3.51%.
