What Are Refinance Rates?

Refinance rates are the rates that lenders offer to refinance your existing mortgage. Borrowers normally choose either a rate and term refinance or a cash out refinance. CalHFA (California Housing Finance Agency)

CalHFA offers various loan programs to assist homebuyers in California. These programs include first mortgage loans insured through private mortgage insurance on the conventional market with fixed interest rates for 30-year terms.
