What Are Refinance Rates?

CalHFA (California Housing Finance Agency)

CalHFA offers various loan programs to assist homebuyers in California. These programs include first mortgage loans insured through private mortgage insurance on the conventional market with fixed interest rates for 30-year terms. The loan amount can be up to 3.5% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less. This program can be combined with a conventional (Fannie Mae HFA Preferred) or FHA first mortgage.
